Born and raised in what’s known as the gem of the Fox River Valley, Sarah began her brewing career on the mean streets of Chicago at a Brewing 101 class at the local Brew & Grow.  Her love of beer began early and often but alas, one cannot drink Bud Light forever and feel good about oneself. Sarah’s natural talents for brewing were apparent from the start as she won the inaugural Tobrewskifest with her inaugural brew.  When not killing it in competition, you can find Sarah centering herself through yoga, trying to read books, and planning her wedding.
